Paneer butter masala

Ingredients

200 gms paneer
2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 big tomato
2 cloves
Small piece of cinnamon
2 cardamoms
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
Salt to taste
2tbsp cream
2 tbsp butter

Method
Cut the paneer into medium size pieces. Grind the tomato along with cinnamon, cardamom and cloves.

Heat oil, add cumin seeds. Add the tomato paste, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and salt.
 Let it come to a boil.Add the paneer pieces, cream and butter and cook for 2 minutes.

Ingredients
2 cup cottage cheese(paneer)
2 tsp fine flour(maida)
1/4 tsp red chilli powdwer
1/4 tsp pepper powder
salt
bread crumbs
1 onion finely chopped
1 cup potatoes mashed
 coriander leaves chopped
1 tsp green chillies chopped
oil

Method
Mix maida, salt, pepper ,chilli powder with paneer.
 Mix onion,green chillies, coriander leaves, salt with mashed potatoes for filling.

Ingredients

200 gms paneer
1 cup boiled peas
1 Big tomato
4 cashews
1/2 tsp ginger paste
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp kasuri methi
Finely chopped coriander leaves
2 tbsp fresh cream

200 gms paneer cut into long strips
1 medium size capsicum cut into long strips
Salt to taste
2 tsp oil
2 tbsp tomato puree
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp coriander seeds powder
1/2 tsp grated ginger
2 tsp fresh cream
