Vegetable Korma

Ingredients 
• 1 Cup Beans 
• Half cup Carrot
• 1 Potato
• Half cup Peas 
• Half cup Ground coconut 
• Small piece Ginger 
• 3 flakes Garlic 
• 1 Onion 
• Half tbs Cumin seeds 
• 1 tbs Corriander powder 
• Few Corriander leaves 
• Half tbs Chillie powder 
• Half Lime 
• Half tbs Turmeric powder

ALOO METHI RECIPE

Ingredients:
Potatoes - 5 (medium sized)
Finely chopped onions - 1/2 cup
Fenugreek leaves - 3 or 4 small bunches
Green chillies - 2
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 2 tbl sps
Fresh thick curds -  3 tbls sps
Tomato paste - 3 tbl sps
Turmeric powder -  1/4 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsps
Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Pressure cook potatoes. Peel outer skin and cut into large pieces

1 cup Grated Paneer
1 Green chillies
1 tsp Maida
2 Baked Potatoes
Salt to taste
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Chilli powder
4 tbsp Cream

For the masala paste

Tomatoes-2
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 piece of ginger
1 piece of cinnamon stick
2 tsp of coriander seeds
