Ingredients


• 2/3 cup sugar
• 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup butter shortening
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 large eggs
• 3 cups old fashioned or quick cooking oats
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1 cup raisins

Method:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.  Mix all ingredients, except oats, flour and raisins, in a large bowl.  Stir in oats, flour, and raisins....
